Trinity College Field Hockey Clinic 2020
April 19 -- 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm -- At the Robin L. Sheppard Field at Trinity College 
For players entering 5th-12th grade (although the coaches are willing to accept younger players). Join the Trinity College Field Hockey coaching staff and members of the Bantam field hockey team for a clinic designed to improve individual skill development, tactical development in small game situations, as well as full game play.

Walker's Field Hockey Clinic 2020
June 22 - 26 -- 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm -- At the Ethel Walker Turf Fields
For players entering 4th-9th grade, clinic takes place rain or shine.  ​Come join us as we learn and build on the game on field hockey. Whether this is your first time picking up a stick or a return player, you will come away with many valuable new skills to bring back to your team.

Camp KO Field Hockey 2020
June 22 - 26 -- 8:30 am to 4:30 pm -- At KO Turf Field
Open to students entering grades 5-9.
This session, which is for players of all skill levels, will emphasize field hockey fundamentals through skill and drill sessions, competitive play, and, of course, fun games. On KO's beautiful artificial turf, players will be challenged as they learn new skills and perfect old ones related to stick work and passing.

All campers participate in 3 sports each day - choose from 12 fun-filled option. Located on the Kingswood-Oxford campus.
Nike Field Hockey Camp 2020
July 21 - July 23 -- 9:00 am to 4:00 pm -- At University of St. Joe's
Open to campers ages 10-18
At the University of Saint Joseph, players can expect to learn from the Bluejays and experience fun, yet challenging drills that will help them gain the necessary tools to succeed in field hockey. The Connecticut field hockey camp will guide you through an all-encompassing experience that will help you work on your stick work, position-specific skills, and get you ready for your upcoming season!

Field Hockey Fundamentals 2020
July 27 - July 31 -- 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm -- At Conard HS Turf Field
Open to campers ages 7-13 (grouped by age and ability)
Come have fun with field hockey! Coach Cathy Callahan and staff will lead this fun camp that will focus on learning and developing key field hockey skills. These include, but are not limited to, stick work, dribbling, passing, basic defense, shooting and receiving. Team concepts will be introduced, including passing combinations and mini games. Fun practice techniques such as obstacle courses, exciting games and friendly competitions will be used. Players will be grouped according to age and skill level. All levels of players are welcome and beginners will find this camp a great first step into field hockey. Required equipment: field hockey stick*, shin guards, mouth guard, eye protection and water bottle. *Field hockey sticks for beginners are available to borrow.

​Field Hockey Clinic 2020
August 3 - August 7 -- 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm -- At Conard HS Turf Field
Open to campers ages 14-19 (13 year olds who are entering high school in the fall of 2020 can call the Leisure Services office at 860-561-7510 to arrange for an age override for registration)
Join coaches from one of Europe's Elite Clubs (Mannheim Hockey Club) as well as coaches from Wesleyan University, Connecticut College and Eastern Connecticut State University to improve your game.  Additionally, Missy Meharg, the head coach of the University of Maryland, will be joining our coaching team this summer. Missy was voted National Coach of the Year an unprecedented 9 times, and has led the Terrapins to 8 National Championships and 26 Conference Championships. There will be 1 coach for every 10 players.  The clinic will feature eight current Mannheim Club players and four college bound field hockey players from West Hartford.  The first part of each session will focus on sharpening your skills.  This will be followed by an 11 vs 11 game which will be officiated by certified referees. Players should bring a reversible pinnie. Time to get your game on!
